Original 1968 UNI Records issue pressed at Monarch Mfg. Co. ('(MR)' stamp in dead wax run-outs). Does have the correct side 2 label.
Vinyl has a few faint paper sleeve scuffs just barely holding grade back from NM, nothing I can feel. Labels have a touch of wear. Cover has heavy cornerwear, heavy edgewear, heavy wear along top half of spine edge on front cover, dinged bottom corners, and ringwear/hazing.
