Vinyl assumed to be in NM sealed condition and lays flat. Cover has heavy cornerwear/dinged corners, edgewear and wear at the middle of right side edge where shrink-wrap is split/torn. Shrink split/torn middle of right side edge and all four corners poking through shrink.
