Pressed at Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Terre Haute and mastered at Sterling Sound ('T1' etching and 'STERLING' stamp in the dead wax run-outs). Original WARNING STICKER on the front cover that reads "This album includes lyric content which may be offensive to some members of the public."
