Original 1964 MONO Issue with Flip Back sleeve, KT Tax Stamp in dead wax and 1/2 matrix trail offs. Vinyl is excellent with a couple light surface sleeve scuffs, nothing I can feel. Labels with push-out center are excellent. Glossy picture sleeve has cornerwear, light edgewear, center ringwear, and light handling wear.
