ORIGINAL 1978 reissue EP with Flip Back Cover, -2 /-3 matrix and KT Tax Stamp in dead wax. MONO Issue. Vinyl is excellent with a couple light surface sleeve scuffs, nothing I can feel. Labels with push-out center are excellent. Glossy picture sleeve has light cornerwear, light edgewear, and light handling wear.
