Original 1963 Columbia MONO "2-Eye" red nonbreakable label pressing in original shrink-wrap. Vinyl has a few light surface sleeve scuffs/hazing just holding grade back, nothing I can feel though. Labels are excellent. Cover in original shrink-wrap has cornerwear, a couple small splits/tears in shrink around corners/edges, and 2 round price stickers upper right corner on shrink on top of one another.
