Original 1974 PROMO copy in original SHRINK-WRAP. Vinyl has a few light surface sleeve scuffs/hazing just holding grade back from NM-, nothing I can feel though. Side A labels has a small yellow sticker that reads "Promotional Not For Sale - Musical Record Co." Labels are excellent. Cover in original shrink-wrap has cornerwear and light edgewear on open side, and a drill hole upper left corner. "KPHX" written on front and back cover in blue marker. This promo copy was likely issued exclusively to KPHX.
