SIGNED 1992 12" 45rpm EP FIRST PRESS with original fold-out poster insert. Vinyl has a few light surface sleeve scuffs and light sleeve hazing holding grade down, nothing can feel though. Labels have a touch of wear. Poster insert is excellent and unhung with a hint of cornerwear/edgewear. No pin-holes, tape, rips, tears, etc. Cover SIGNED by King Buzzo has light cornerwear and light edgewear. Includes a torn in half MELVINS sticker/obi strip(?) in the classic KISS font.
