Gatefold cover has cornerwear, heavy wow, splitting entirely across top edge seam, heavy ringwear/hazing, a couple ink stamps upper right corner of back cover, and writing inside gatefold in blue pen emphasizing where is reads "(All selections composed by John Cali)."
