Original 1969 PROMO issue with NOT FOR SALE PROMOTION ONLY stamped top left corner of back cover. Deep groove vinyl has a few light surface sleeve scuffs/hazing holding grade down, nothing I can feel though. Labels have a touch of wear/spindle marks. Original RCA Victor inner sleeve has a slice at top edge, otherwise excellent. Cover has cornerwear, edgewear, and ringwear/hazing.
