Original 1983 MONO, PROMO pressing with Gold "For Promotion Only" stamp top right corner of back cover over barcode. Vinyl has a few faint paper sleeve scuffs/hazing on Side 1 just holding grade back from NM, nothing I can feel. Labels are excellent. Cover has cornerwear/edgewear, a ding top right corner, a couple light dings along spine edge, 1.5-inches of heavy wear/rubbing center of top edge, a touch of ringwear, and a small price sticker on front cover.
