Vinyl has a few very faint paper sleeve scuffs just barely holding grade back from NM, nothing I can feel. Labels are excellent with one spindle scuff on Side B. Cover has a ding/crease top right corner, very lightly dinged bottom corners, a very slight bend/crease at bottom left corner, and a touch of faint ringwear. " />

Walter Davis The Bullet Sides 1949-1952 (UK, Mono)

African-American Blues vocalist, pianist, and songwriter who recorded prolifically from 1930 until 1952, not to be confused with jazz pianist Walter Davis Jr.
Original 1981 Krazy Kat UK compilation. Tracks A1 to A8 and B1 to B4 were recorded 1949 in Chicago for Jim Bulliet's Nashville based "Bullet" label. Tracks B5 to B8 were recorded July 1952. Most tracks are re-recordings of Walter Davis' earlier material recorded in the 1940's for the "Bluebird" label and RCA Victor.
