George Burns I Wish I Was Eighteen Again (Signed, Signed VP Letter)

SIGNED original 1980 Mercury LP complete with a signed letter from Phonogram Vice President of sales Mick Brown. Vinyl has a slight warp that does not affect play and a few faint surface sleeve scuffs/hazing holding grade back, nothing I can feel. Labels are excellent. '26' printed on labels denotes a PRC Recording Company, Richmond, IN pressing. Signed letter from VP of sales Mick Brown authenticating the signature; has paperclip wear at the top edge. Signed cover has cornerwear, dinged/creased corners, a couple dings around the edges, light edgewear, a 1-inch seam split center of top edge, some paperclip indentations at the top, and a hint of ringwear on front and back near the bottom edge. Signature on front cover in black permanent marker is clear and excellent, see photo.
