Original 1970 Columbia U.S. issue on "2-Eye" 360 Sound Stereo labels.
Vinyl has numerous faint paper sleeve scuffs/hazing just holding grade back, nothing I can feel. Labels have a couple faint spindle marks. Original Columbia catalog inner sleeve has smushed/creased corners and tape wrapped around the middle of the bottom and side edges where split. Cover has heavy cornerwear/dinged corners, heavy edgewear, a ding/rip middle of top edge and heavy ringwear/hazing.
