Original 1959 MONO DEEP GROOVE issue on Roulette. Vinyl has numerous light surface sleeve scuffs/scratches holding grade back, nothing I can feel though. Labels have a few light spindle marks and a sticker on the A side above the title. Cover has cornerwear/edgewear, seam splitting along the right half of bottom edge, a 2-3 inch seam split towards the right side of top edge, faint ringwear/hazing, and writing in black pen top left corner of back cover.
