Hot Chocolate Cicero Park (Promo, PR)

Original 1974 Big Tree Records PROMO COPY pressed at Presswell ('PR' etched in dead wax run-outs). Orange promo sticker on front cover.
Vinyl has a few faint paper sleeve scuffs just holding grade back from NM, nothing I can feel. Labels are excellent. Original Atlantic label inner sleeve has seam splitting almost entirely around the edges, a bend/crease at bottom corner and a rip at top edge. Cover has cornerwear/edgewear, spidering/creasing around the edges, sticker residue and ripping at top left corner of front cover, faint ringwear and a small orange mark bottom right corner of front cover.
