SEALED original 1978 Kayvette issue. Vinyl assumed to be in NM sealed condition. Cover has a saw-cut left side of bottom edge, lightly bumped bottom corners, 3 tiny dings along bottom edge and very faint bends/creases at the top corners. Shrink-wrap is separating across the middle of back cover where both ends come together.
