Original 1969 London issue in OCTAGON shaped gatefold cover with RARE HYPE STICKER that reads "including Honky Tonk Women NPS-3." Terre Haute Pressing ('T1' etching in dead wax run-outs) from Sterling and Bell Sound masters ('STERLING' stamped in dead wax run-out on side 1 and 'Bell Sound sf' on side 2).
Vinyl has a scratch on side 1 (pictured) at the end of A4 through A5 and the beginning of A6 that can be felt but does not affect play and isn't audible. In addition, the vinyl has numerous light surface sleeve scuffs/hazing on both sides holding grade back, nothing I can feel other than the previously mentioned scratch. Labels are excellent with a hint of wear at the spindle holes. Octagon shaped gatefold cover with rare Honky Tonk Women hype sticker has heavy cornerwear/edgewear, several dings/bumps around the edges, spine edge is smushed/crushed, very small rip at the top of the spine edge, a small sticker with red writing wrapped around the bottom of the spine edge, heavy ringwear/hazing, a name written in pen top left corner of front cover and line down the right side of the front cover that feels like a crease to the slick only, not the front panel of the cover. Hype sticker has fading/scuffing.
