Beatles Abbey Road (Late 70's Orange Lbl RE, LA/MR)
Late 1970's ORANGE label pressing with 2.9" pressing ring on the labels and NO "Her Majesty" printed on the back cover (it is printed on side 2 label). Capitol Records subsidiary label rim text and printed at the bottom of back cover, no mention of Apple anywhere. Although run-outs show markings consistent with a Capitol Records Pressing Plant, Los Angeles pressing (star/asterisk in the run-outs), the 2.9" pressing ring and 'MR' etching in the dead wax run-outs denotes that this is a Monarch pressing, likely from 1978.
Vinyl has numerous light surface sleeve scuffs/hazing holding grade back, nothing I can feel though. Side 2 label has many light spindle marks. Cover has heavy cornerwear/dinged corners, bent/creased corners, edgewear, heavy edgewear along right side edge, spidering/creasing around the edges and ringwear/hazing.
