Original 1969 Stax issue pressed at Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Terre Haute ('T' etching in the dead wax run-outs). 'Div. of Paramount Pictures Corp., AG+W Co.' text printed at the bottom of the labels.
Vinyl has a few faint surface sleeve scuffs/scratches just holding grade back from NM-, nothing I can feel. Labels have a couple faint spindle marks. Cover has heavy cornerwear/edgewear, imminent seam splitting entirely around the edges especially bottom half of the spine edge, dinged bottom corners, ringwear/hazing and a small X in pen bottom right of back cover.
