Issued in a plain white gatefold cover ands record have solid white labels (as that of a test pressing) with the sides and catalog numbers handwritten. Sticker inside the gatefold reads: "This is a privately issued recording and is not available to the general public. It must not be performed publicly. 500 numbered copies have been pressed, of which this is copy #72." "Recorded for the Armed Forces Radio Service Command Performance, February 15, 1945" printed at the bottom right corner of the insert sheet/slick.

Vinyl (2) ranges from VG+ to VG++ with several faint paper sleeve scuffs/hazing and a few light scratches just holding grade back, nothing I can feel. Labels on sides 1 and 4 have a couple light spindle marks and side 3 has "cracking" from manufacturing. Gatefold cover has heavy cornerwear/bumped corners, edgewear, heavy edgewear along top edge, seam splitting alms entirely along the top edge of front pocket (pictured), faint ringwear/hazing and tape/writing/ink stamp top left corner of back cover.
