Issued in a plain white gatefold cover ands record have solid white labels (as that of a test pressing) with the sides and catalog numbers handwritten. Sticker inside the gatefold reads: "This is a privately issued recording and is not available to the general public. It must not be performed publicly. 500 numbered copies have been pressed, of which this is copy #73." "Recorded for the Armed Forces Radio Service Command Performance, February 15, 1945" printed at the bottom right corner of the insert sheet/slick.

Vinyl (2) ranges from VG+ to VG++ with numerous faint paper sleeve scuffs/hazing just holding grade back, nothing I can feel. Side 2 label has a couple light spindle marks and side 3 label has a small manufacturing "crack." Gatefold cover has heavy cornerwear, dinged/creased corners, a small seam split top right corner of front pocket, a 1-inch seam split right side of bottom edge of back pocket, faint ringwear/hazing, writing/sticker residue/ink stamp top left corner of back cover and the bottom edge of the insert/slick pasted inside the gatefold is ripped (pictured).
