Picture disc vinyl has a couple light scratches and a hint of faint hazing from the PVC sleeve just barely holding grade back from NM, nothing I can feel. A few light scuffs/spindle marks around the center holes. Original sleeve with hype sticker has light wrinkling, seam splitting/ripping at the middle of the side edges, small rips/splits at the top corners, bottom of back flap is ripped at the left side and slightly smushed in the middle.
