Elton John S/T (Monarch)

Original 1970 U.S. issue pressed at Monarch Record Mfg. Co. denoted by (MR) stamp in dead wax run-outs. This pressing uses the DJM Records stampers transferred from the UK. This Monarch pressing has 'triangle' 15134 on Side A run-outs and , 'triangle' 15012-X on Side B.
Vinyl has numerous light surface sleeve scuffs holding grade back, nothing I can feel though. Labels are excellent with a couple faint spindle marks on Side 2. Original Uni Records inner sleeve has light cornerwear/edgewear, a creased top corner, and splitting at center of bottom and side edge seams. Textured gatefold cover has cornerwear, edgewear, a hint of faint ringwear, a very tiny split at top right corner seam, a tiny rip at the center of spine inside gatefold, and the front flap of gatefold is split entirely along the right edge seam.
