Cover has heavy cornerwear/dinged corners, heavy edgewear, black permanent marker around the outer spine edges and around the white border of the front cover artwork, and ringwear/hazing.

Original 1966 STEREO pressing with "ESPS 1037" in the dead wax run-outs and no indication of mono or stereo on the labels. "Monaural" (mono) printed at top left corner of cover. Back cover lists B5 as "Words For The Birds" but record plays "May You Be Alone (Hank Williams)" and is listed on the label.
