Original 2002 Mammoth U.S. issue complete with INSERT SHEET. Vinyl numerous faint paper sleeve scuffs/hazing, couple light scratches and one more noticeable scratch on side 1 that does not affect play just holding grade back. Nothing I can feel and plays through clean on both sides. Labels are excellent. Insert sheet has light handling wear/wrinkling. Cover has lightly dinged corners and a hint of faint ringwear just holding cover grade back from NM.
