Original 1967 MONO Verve Forecast WHITE LABEL PROMO copy with 'Special Disc Jockey Record - Not For Sale' printed on the labels. Vinyl has numerous light surface sleeve scuffs/hazing and numerous light scratches holding grade down, nothing deep that I can feel though. Labels have numerous light spindle marks. Cover has heavy cornerwear/dinged corners, a slight bend/crease at top right corner, heavy edgewear, seam splitting around bottom left corner edges and ringwear/hazing.
