Beach Boys Holland (1st Press w/EP, Insert)

1973 FIRST pressing of Holland with lyric insert sheet and RARE bonus 7-inch EP featuring Mt. Vernon and Fairway - Theme, I'm The Pied Piper - Instrumental, Better Get Back In Bed, Magic Transistor, I'm The Pied Piper, and Radio King Dom.
LP grades Strong VG with numerous light surface sleeve scuffs/hazing holding grade down, nothing I can feel though. Labels are excellent with a couple very faint spindle marks around center hole. Bonus 7" also grades Strong VG with numerous light surface sleeve scuffs/hazing holding grade down, nothing I can feel though. EP does not include original picture sleeve. Labels are excellent. Lyric insert sheet has handling wear and creased corners. Cover has cornerwear, edgewear, a small seam split at right side of top edge, a small crease at bottom left corner, light spidering along spine edge, and light ringwear.
